No — CS-Claro works for any ecommerce store. We started with dropshipping because that's where the biggest pain is (high ticket volume, complex order tracking), but the platform handles Shopify stores, custom shops, agencies running multiple brands, and any business that does customer support over email.

How does it compare to Gorgias?+

What languages does CS-Claro support?+
