Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, and Clerk user ID when you sign up.
  • Billing data: Stripe customer ID and subscription metadata. Payment details are never stored by us — they are held by Stripe.
  • Support content: tickets, messages, customer emails, Shopify orders synced via webhook. This is your data; you are the controller.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser info, and basic request logs (kept for max. 30 days).

Where data is stored

  • Application data on Cloudflare D1 (EU region)
  • Authentication via Clerk (EU and US data centers)
  • Billing via Stripe (Ireland for EU customers)
  • Incoming email via Cloudflare Email Routing + outgoing via Resend

What we share

We share data only with the sub-processors above (Clerk, Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend) as required to deliver the Service. We never sell your data. We do not use your support content to train AI models.

GDPR rights

As a data subject in the EU you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise these rights, email hello@cs-claro.com. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication (set by Clerk) and CSRF protection. No third-party analytics, no advertising trackers.

Retention

Account and support data are kept while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation, after which they are permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance.
